It's just a retarded rule to have. Most people who are part of the "fujo" fandom on 4chan just want to discuss BL and M/M shipping moving away from twitterinas. By making all your mods female (kek, I doubt all its mode are actually women if I know something about these spaces) you are basically making a political statement and moving the issue in real life.
