I was using a lv10 Naka and she pulled through fine for me on hard mode. My tip would be to give her yasen gear if you have any since she probably won't be doing much damage. I did, however, switch to my slightly higher (40s) Agano after a few runs to test routing and decided to stick with her when I found out she worked the same.

I started E5 at 97k/103k/203k and am down to 22k/51k/133k. Things are looking bleak and I've been stuck on this final sink for the past 2 days. I think I would rate it the hardest event map to date since I started playing Fall 2013.
