Two, actually. In the legends there were 4 devas BESIDE Ibuki-dōji (Suika), who was their leader, but not a Deva himself.

Actually… there are 4 devas AND Suika as their leader. We still need two more – Torakuma and Kanaguma.

Btw Konngara isn't an oni but a yaksha, so no, she doesn't count.

The first three are the famous Oni and a part of Big Four with Suika as the leader, while the last one, Konngara, is a reformed Yaksha (Buddhist Oni) by submitting herself to Wisdom King Fūdō Myōō (不動明王) with another Yaksha, Seitaka Dōji (制た迦童子)

There's two member of Big Four Oni that we haven't seen yet : Torakuma Dōji (虎熊童子) and Kanaguma Dōji (金熊童子). The former has a motif of Tiger while the latter has a motif of Metal/Gold (Yūgi herself is associated to Star motif).

I just hope one of them has a ability to Manipulate Fire since that is a one of Oni association with nature element. The other nature element association with youkai are Tengu with the ability to manipulate wind, as proven by Aya, and Kappa with the ability to manipulate water, as proven by Nitori.
