I know, but at least she didn't try to run away and abandon it. Even if it was about to fail, she wanted to do anything possible to try and correct it because she still cared for her country, and regretted what she did to it.
Sakura could have never done that in a million years, she was too infatuated with Shirou to realize what she had become, and what she would do.
Rin is sorta neutral, I don't see her moving to London as selfish, but I suppose her whole love affair with Shirou limits her learning of becoming a proper Magi.
