Back in March I tried checking with the release of Silverio Vendetta out of updating my preconceptions, and even so the majority of leechers were Japanese IPs, as expected of a game in Japanese.

Law usually goes for the big fish/uploaders if they can confirm they're in Japan because they gain very little from catching individuals. I guess it still happens though as a warning.
