Hello Mr FBI/AFP, I have no idea since I have no experience with children.
I haven't used it hands free as I don't really have anything to hold it in place, as a average sized cutfag though if you slip out it's pretty hard to get back in because of the lips and how tight it is. If you've got something to hold it in place I imagine it probably feels fucking amazing though. If you've got a dick longer than 6 inches you might better off getting the Virgo for the extra depth. I bottom out on the regular one and it worries me that I'm gonna fuck it to pieces.
As I said I'm a newfrog so I've just been using Lifestyles water based lube and it feels pretty good, will experiment with other lubes as budget allows
