artist is tomohi, he did a bunch of wtc art for the light novels, however, as far as the cover art goes, I didn't manage to find it in good quality
but he did some other wallpapers type stuff
he's the best wtc artist

Tomohi's art is incredible, he did the light novel illustrations for Higurashi and Umineko and every single artwork is amazing
definitely my fav 07th related artist and one of my fav in general, I just wish that more of his illustrations were available in high quality and without the light novel's poor cropping and text on top
