I still don't think that's gonna happen, consider how bloated we are already and how most newcomers fail pretty hard. If companies attempt to expand this even further I doubt they will find any success, it's gonna be like idolshit: where new groups are pumped out every week and no one cares. Besides, running a business based on another one's (Youtube) is bad for long term and no one can compete with Google, certainly not any nip company

This is honestly how I see this going, the VAs get big enough they get offered gigs IRL and then graduate and move on. Streaming is inherently NOT a long term biz, we've already seen this with twitch streamers, Japan won't be any different.
