The Ciconia stuff could still get brought up when Eua is named. Although either way, it's not like it matters. The certainty stuff should appear alongside Witch Satoko, who doesn't exist yet in Meguri.

This needs to lead back to Gou though, which has Satoko as a witch causing a century of tragedies in the manga (Rika comments Akasaka seems to appear only once every 100 years).
