Yeah, the "blood" on her nurse outfits is randomly assorted colors. Funnily enough though, there does seem to be blood in her full portrait although it is pretty missable.
Otherwise the stains on Seiran's mallet looks the most like blood, I know they're supposedly mochi stains but that shade of red makes the mind immediately associate it with such.
I was just curious because I know some app stores are tight with clothing (Kasen and Yukari have been censored in some) but I have no idea how the app store guidelines in Japan operate.
