Just watch out for larger items that might say "shows the contents inside when shipping" because that means amazon won't bother putting it in a box. This is usually only really large hips and even then not all of them, just look in the store page.
Otherwise they'll put it in a box, usually putting multiple things in there depending on what you order and the size, otherwise they'll send multiple, I never received any larger than normal box anyway even when ordering 10 things (I got 4 boxes that time).
Pic related is my most recent order, the hip at the top is around 7kg but as far as I'm aware it's still in size to fit on a normal box by itself.
As for delivery date, the date on amazon is a really rough estimate, you'll get notified by DHL when the shipping process starts (they'll also ask for some info to pass to customs, just tell them "health item") and they'll let you control the delivery day within a range of a few days so you can change it around to fit your schedule.
