You know guys, all you need to do is save up some money. ~$1000 max, if you're just starting out and need mask + wig + suit + costume. And if you're not living on your own, when you ARE living on your own with a full-time job, an expense like that will be easier to budget for yourself. No different than deciding to buy a new TV. There's a lot of talented western makers coming into the scene lately, and the less talented ones are improving quickly. Even formerly japanese/chinese-only websites are opening up their doors to foreign audiences.

I hope I'm not sounding too harsh, but don't give up hope!
I'd try to be social when it comes to "talking about crossdressing", but I'm already a girl so I don't know how well that conversation would work out.
