Looks like they just moved one of the other cameras that used to be one of the temporary shrine streams.
Looks like they just moved one of the older Panasonic cameras they used to have for some of the temporary shrine streams.
Too bad, that also means that audio is almost certainly not going to return either, the old MJPG Panasonics are really, really bad at audio, if you somehow manage to get it working at all. If you keep it running more than a few minutes it get very badly de-synced with the video.

If you want the raw stream to run in a media player just remove the /cam at the end and add:
>/cgi-bin/mjpeg?resolution=640x480&framerate=10&Language=1
For some reason it defaults to 800x600 though, and 10fps is slightly optimistic.
