What happened to this anon

so I finally started my painting project
decided to do portrait format instead of landscape though, because else it would be a lot of wasted space on the sides

haven't really progress much apart from setting up the background. I still wonder how the final product will look like, considering I'm a total beginner when it comes to painting on a canvas. there probably will be pre-schooler art that looks better than mine

maybe I can show some first real progress tomorrow

Anyone know if this exists in higher quality somewhere?

I still have a canvas lying around at home for a while now and I decided to make a BM themed painting. I pretty much suck at painting freely though.

Any other ideas what could make a cool picture? I can make stylized paintings out of photographs too. I usually just suck at poses or proportions.
