I keep Furutaka in my fleet all the time. It can't be helped their stats are terrible for a heavy cruiser since they're made in the 1920s. They were pretty outdated by WWII and can't help but be dwarfed by all the newer designs that weren't hindered/limited by the London Naval Treaty. If it makes you feel better, Furutaka and Kako have one of the best fuel/ammo efficiency. I love my Furutaka.
