Next you have to actually turn those IDs in account information
You have 900 requests per 15 minute interval, and each request gets you just 100 users. That's 360,000 per hour, so it would take you another 7 hours to get that information for all 2.2 million accounts

Huh, this is actually a feasible project. I know you haven't actually done it, though
