Some anon a few threads ago was asked what people see in noel,i'm in a very good mood due to her anni so here it is.
Noel is just a very nice and pleasant girl, she engages with chat a lot, she's very enthusiastic about what she likes and isn't afraid to show it, she can surprisingly cunning at times making for quite the gap as her commentary can get quite deep from time to time i really really like her voice, all aspects of it, from her softest tone to her menhera outburst, she's a very transparent person, some people meme the fact that she's more herself as noel that as her roommate and that's kinda true she's just there to enjoy the moment .She doesn't stream that much but for her rather busy life she does put in a lot of effort into her work, just look at her anni pack, the voice files are almost at the 2 hours mark in comparison to other that can even break the half hour

her karaoke streams are some of my favourites, her singing is atrocious but her song choices are always on point, and one can't hate her when she having so much fun singing, it's peak going to karaoke with friends energy, she's great at bringing out the best of gen 3 in collabs

i agree that she's not the most flashy one nor the best entertainer certainly not on the level of someone like marine, pekora or korone, but she's just a nice person having a great time doing what she likes and i really like and respect that energy, and while it's not unique as she's very similar to watame, there's just something that's very charming about her and her contagious her happiness is . i did a rather shitty job at explaining but i hope it gives you an idea of what the shirogane knights see in her, she's also pretty gay and that's neat
