There's a reason why Angels always introduce themselves with "Be not afraid."

Iku isn't a Celestial; she is an Oarfish Youkai.

And she actually has ZERO relations to Tenshi other than her storyline involved hunting down a member of Tenshi's clan (and ultimately winding up with Tenshi).
But they're the two characters introduced in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Iku is typically fought penultimately before Tenshi in most routes.

I hold firm in my beliefs that Tenshi sits at 'our' end of the table and Iku stands close beside her.

I like Touhou better than any anime.

But my favorite anime has to be Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni.

Actually I meant because she's so VERY casual there despite the others having some non-casualness to them (Flamboyant colors for the most part, and Sakuya's crossdressing).

It's just so out of place for the bright and thunderous Iku.
