I'll be going to Japan for the first time in September for 3 weeks. I planned on staying in Tokyo and Kyoto; does anyone have any suggestions about what I should absolutely go and see etc.?

/jp/, given we rely so heavily on the interwebs and technology in general, to provide us with our VNs and loli doujinshi and whatnot, how do you think you'd adapt to having to live without anything more advanced than an electric light? I ask because I may have to join a religious order. (Yes, have to. Long story.)
