Three people, A, B and C are in this room. The door to the room is locked. These people were far too noisy for me, a witch who happened to be floating nearby, so I decided to kill them. I summon my demon Halphas to do the job. Halphas effortlessly teleports into the room, materializes a sword and kills person A with a slash across his neck. Then my demon kills person C with several stabs while person B flees for his life. Person B enters the restroom and locks the door, thinking that it will save him from this sudden attack. Unfortunately for him, Halphas simply teleports into the room and prepares to strike. Halphas changes his sword for a knife since he's in such a small space and finishes the job, stabbing person B a few times in the stomach. Halphas leaves the scene, although forgets his weapon with person B. That aside, lets lay down the facts.

[red]Throughout the entire duration of the crime, the door and all windows to the room were locked.[/red]
[red]The door to the restroom was only locked after B entered and locked himself in.[/red]
