If you're playing perma Lunatic mode, you're basically forced to constantly hijack or your team falls off a cliff since Sumi's basically always -10 levels behind the stuff in the area. That being said, alot of hus are actually pretty viable for their area around the time you hijack them, and if you're not playing perma Lunatic, they're probably viable enough if you sacrifice boost them.
