No difference, I'd say. I received my Kotobukiya Konomi from Kidnemo earlier this week. Checked the stuff I got with various other Japanese fansites, seen no difference thus far, maybe except for the box packaging (it's just a picture of the figure itself, with her romanized name printed on the edge, instead of the standard original colored illustration of her, with a blackboard in the background stating her name, birthday, etc, like what I've seen for the jap.ver Silpha and Komaki Ikuno that I have)

From what I've heard, sometimes, Kotobukiya's figure will get localized in AMERIKKA, and sold there for much, much more cheaper than the original retail price (got my Konomi for $23, for instance, the original Japanese retail is $48).
