/jp/ - Otaku Culture

I've been here since day 1. There was a lot of uncertainty about what the board was supposed to be about, 'Japan Culture' was the title at the time and people kept coming here thinking it was a place to discuss traditional samurai and modern art.

Some of the things I miss are being able to organize flavor of the month MMOs with /jp/, something we had from the beginning but 1 mod's misinterpretation of the board led to them all being deleted and banned and religion = loli because someone was posting 'loli as fast as they could' in a religious debate thread that popped up.

I miss them good ole time religion threads.
