Blooming everyone goes a long way, as does leveled equipment. Event characters with high stat totals (Lavender, Edelweiss, Mountain Lily, Star Lily) will be your friend, since they come with four slots as default.

If doing swan boat, you really want at least one of: Dendrobium, Easter Cactus (pray that we get an Easter Lily or something next year, that resurrection ability is a godsend in swan boat maps), any rainbow with dodge + provoke, any rainbow with 1.65x skill on first turn ability (especially Hollyhock, who recently went from "Whollyhock?" to gratuitously broken).
