Gura cute

Gura's design is pretty much perfect. It appeals to all ages for a variety of reasons. It appeals to your typical ojisan because everyone acknowledges that small girls are inherently cuter, while still appealing to fans that aren't looking to chum, just by being a tiny and cute shork. It evokes a strong need to protect her and cherish her forever. Also blue will always be popular.
Add in Gura's wonderful personality. The incredible sweetness, like when she thanks us just for watching her stream. The way she always has such wonderful things to say about her friends and her senpai. Any time that her senpai get brought up on stream, she's always gushing about them. The fact that she's so genuine in her thankfulness for both her viewers and her friends is truly magical. Only when Gura says something can you be sure it's 100% the truth. Also her brattiness, like when she evades any blame just by being so damn cute. Or when she singles out a dumb comment in chat and really lets them know how dumb it is. Or the many times where she knows exactly what she's doing or saying. Uoh. I am willing to concede that her sense of humor might not be for everyone, but that's to be expected. Regardless, her comedic timing is undeniable. She is always thinking about entertaining the audience, to the point where it feels like she actually has a sixth sense for when to say the absolute perfect thing to just completely floor the chat. She even admitted that she wants to do more interesting things so that she has more stories to entertain us with. When she was cleaning up the other day, she was literally thinking about chat while doing it. She clearly loves us and we love her back.
Moving on to the streams themselves, she's been improving steadily every single stream, even though she already started off so strong. Her minecraft streams are the best they've ever been, with all kinds of genuine progress and her zatsudan skills are really getting honed. She's getting way better at including chat in the streams, almost at the point where I would argue her chat interaction is some of the best in HoloEN(the chat itself is garbage, the fact that Gura can salvage anything useful out of it is quite skillful). Not to mention her baking stream might be the best stream she's done yet, and she's had some 10/10 streams already. Her consistent schedule is also very useful for planning around, you always know what time block she'll be streaming in. Her membership streams are probably her best content, because she really takes advantage of the added intimacy of the smaller audience. Watchalongs and Karaoke are probably the perfect stream formats for Gura, because of how good she is at both. She seems to have a genuine love of movies and the intricacies of making them, and she always gets really invested in them. It's actually incredible how much fun you can have just watching her react to a movie, she's really that good at it. It helps that her taste is based.
This line is dedicated to her voice and singing. They're pretty good.
I'm so glad we got Gawr Gura for HololiveEN. She's basically the perfect candidate for what a virtual youtuber in Hololive should be. She's the most idol-like, while being the cutest and funniest. It should be no surprise to anyone that Gura is already so loved and popular, and will continue to be so.
