I always find it interesting that the manga shows Eva strangling Natsuhi and Krauss.
Something that is obvious is that Eva was the one serving tea in ep 3, which Natsuhi and Krauss both took. A mutable blade could easily be refering to poison but funny enough, it shows Eva strangling Krauss with rope.

I don't agree with you that Eva had the Stakes. Did Yasu just give her the bag of Stakes? Why? The Rosatrice theory has the explanation that Eva poisoned Krauss and Natsuhi because their family was the only family that had no one murdered, so Eva killed him because they were the likely suspects. And that it was Nanjo who made it seem as a suicide.
There is always the possibility that Yasu (just like Nanjo) added the Stakes to the body after finding both dead.

There is no actual proof to know which method was used to murder Krauss and Natsuhi. Was it done by only strangulation like that images suggest or was poison enough?
