If I remember correctly the first character that got me real interest in the game was Kongou. Fun fact, that she quickly fell down in my book and now she's losing even to her sisters - Hiei and Kirishima.
My first month of playing was really unstable and I changed my favs on daily basis. But then I found a little bit underrated (back then) Heavy Cruiser, who slowly started to gain my attention.
