That's not how it works unfortunately, when a Japanese company licenses a character they can only produce it for a certain amount of time. Otherwise everyone would be able to get what they want. Besides I can't speak Japanese very well and it seems like their English corespondent doesn't work there anymore because they haven't responded to english emails.
