You know, this thread could be actually about Hanachirasu (and maybe even Muramasa) if Len didn't come.

Full Metal Daemon Muramasa, the reasons:

-Very interesting and well though-out story and a great setting.
-Focus on a theme from the beginning to the end and really doesn't do a half-assed job at it like most eroge, it's realistic and brutal but it never tries to force some LOL SO DARK shit either, really a perfect balance.
-Fucking awesome cast of characters probably the best I saw in a VN.
-Godlike production value and lots of great fights, it feels even more impressive than MuvLuv Alt.

This is Hikaru, also known as Ginseigou, also known as Silver Star, also known as Code Silver. She is Kageaki's imouto and the wielder of one of the most powerful Tsurugis in existence. Kageaki considers her insane, but she still behaves like an innocent yet noble child. Her Shinogi makes people around her go insane and attack each other, which is why she's considered a natural disaster of sorts. She can also make "eggs" and put them into other Tsurugis. The "Egg" grant a surge of power to the wielder, but when they hatch, the host is turned into Ginseigou's clone with the same Shinogi. Muramasa's long sword was turned into seven "Eggs", and now Kageaki wants to collect them before it's too late. Her Tsurugi's second form is one of an ant queen.
