Lurk in the MG threads for a little, most anons will bitch about a male getting more than the female when it's just the slighting thing added to them, they use it more for escapism as well so they just like to create self inserts of themselves living a good life and being fit, although the reality is the opposite and you can probably tell what that is.
TLDR, add a monsterboy and you piss off all the self inserting anons and they call it NTR.

Also, why do people like to say that most men can get demolished by a monster girl at any time, wouldn't it be great if you did what your self insert does and be a charismatic guy and all around enjoyable to be with guy, maybe they won't see you as some throwaway thing anymore? and if a monsterboy won the monstergirl you were friends with, would it be alright to still be friends with them?
