Some outright saying their parents became furious after they found out (Tsubomi made a video about that in her youtube channel) while some said they get the "oh well, you're an adult now, we can't stop you" treatment and still maintain family relationship.

What you mentioned do happened to some of them but then Yua's mom is fine, Riku showed off her mom once, plenty of JAV actresses post themselves in their family home during holiday etc.
So it's not the same situation for everyone. Sure it must be shock for the parents when their daughter revealed the truth but what follows is not always rejection.

If interviews to be believed then that is the common pattern, shocked but then realize their daughter is an adult anyway.

Yua is signed to her agency, assigned a manager, got proper work schedule and clear payment. Her works can be distributed legally in Japan and she can announce her job in public without getting arrested. It's a normal job, get over it. BTW Yua's mom was indeed shocked when knowing Yua debuting in AV but later accepting it.
