Thanks to >>17100049 I decided to read the VN Gochi Chino. One issue with nukige is that porn is fundamentally better when you're emotionally attached to the characters involved, which is why moege have long common routes and romance buildups before they get to the sex. But if you're reading a VN for the porn you don't want large amounts of character development. A solution to this is to make fanfiction of popular franchises, so you can let other people do the work of making cute lovable characters that the reader gets attached to, and then you just have to provide the porn. Doujin manga do this all the time but it's rarer for VNs, I wish there was more.
