Nope. The only time it's ever mentioned is when Satoko talks about it at the end of Tatarigoroshi.
It's never said to be broken in either Watanagashi, Meakashi, Minagoroshi, or Saikoroshi, even though a lot of different people end up inside the storehouse at one point or another.
Saikoroshi even has Rika climb in and out repeatedly without issue, and she mentions that it was Satoko who taught her about the broken window she used to enter it. Since I don't think Satoko would ever talk about it if she still feels super guilty about Rika getting spanked, I can only assume that in that particular world, Satoko never broke the statue.
As far as ancillary material goes, the manga never depicts it as being broken (the left arm remains obscured, but as the Tatarigoroshi manga explicitly talks about the right arm, that's not an issue), and the only version that does show it in a broken state is the DEEN anime, but they're not consistent with it, as Minagoroshi shows it as being whole and broken in two separate shots which happen right after the other.
In all likelihood, Satoko breaking the statue either happens only in a rare few fragments, with her usually escaping from the storehouse safely, or the priest just had it repaired afterwards. Either way, the statue being whole in Gou/Sotsu probably doesn't mean anything.
