Never experienced such temperatures, i'm sure i'd get at least a little humbled by them. As is I feel comfy enough with just 2 layers of cloth (Usually a shirt & jacket or sweater), which by the standards of my country is seen as unusual, but I assume any canadian or eastern european would feel the same or even a little hot.
