>so what's this deltarune about?
There's multiple levels of interpretation and several different things could be going on, but in a nutshell, it's about a depressed teenager ending up in dark rooms with other kids and playing make-believe with them as a form of escapism. While doing so, they believe they're transported to the Dark Realm where every day objects are alive and called Darkners. They refer to the light switches as dark fountains and the main character can seal them (re: turn the lights on), getting rid of the Dark Realm in that room. The first Darkner you meet wants you to do that and bring all the Darkners to his realm (which is a school closet) so he can have subjects and also it's destiny or something. It's also subtly hinted that the real-world object he represents is a red horn-band the main character wore as a kid because he's a human, while his "brother and parents" are goat monsters, and he wanted to fit in and be like them. There's a whole town of NPCs dealing with their own problems and you'll probably end up in Dark Realms with half of them. No one knows what the end game is. Some people think your Darkner buddy's actually evil and some people think you'll lose control of your character since you've robbed him of control of his body.
>is the music as good as undertales?
Yes. The graphics and gameplay are also better. I think the writing's worse, though.
