well I got it working I think?
it seems to be monitoring and terminating streams correctly but the webUI gives me 404
the readme says I should get gzipped json reports still but since no one has any reason to mention matsuri outside of her stream I probably won't be getting any hits any time soon. gonna leave it running and see what happens
if it's actually working then all you have to do is just follow the readme. install docker, type the commands and you're golden. if you're on windows I can't help you

still though, it's a surprisingly interesting project. if lyger hadn't made it maybe one day I would have tried my hand at it
