They got pissed off at me for cancelling an order because I was going to re-order the same item with another order which happened to have a release day on the same date. I resolved the issue, but still, I find it odd in having to place another order and asking them to merge both items together, instead of just reordering.

No harm though, I still managed to preorder both of my games in time.
