There are many nerds in the same position as you that are also going to feel the same way while being in the concert, thus you are going to relate more to them than you think.
Events like these make it more acceptable to talk with a stranger about stuff like "oh what are you cosplaying?" or "I like your KAITO badge" so I don't think it is going to be a big deal.
