Hebiko is smart. SMART.

She doesn't actually use Facerig. Facerig is very CPU expensive (even on newer hardware) so her old PC probably can't run it. Instead she uses a lightweight app called Live2D Viewer.

Live2D Viewer has an option for lipsync from microphone. But this doesn't capture movement, so she just hand animated her facial movement and blinking (that's why it looks like a looping animation).

Pretty clever solution to make up for lack of hardware. I haven't seen any other vtuber doing this. As expected of Hebi!
