My side of the house is structurally fine, but it has some smoke damage. The smoke got into the ceiling space which both properties share, and came in down the manhole cover and through the various vents around the house.

Other side is a little bit fucked haha. They piled burnables onto the beds and torched them all. 100% certain it's arson and 99% certain it was drug related.

One thing that shits me off is that because everyone got tossed around in my panic, all their wigs and clothing are messed up and it'll take days to get them right again.
