/jp/ - Otaku Culture

So I'm taking my third semester of college Japanese... again. I needed to take four total semesters of one language and I chose Japanese because I thought it was cool. First two semester were alright. I got B's in them but that was because I studied a lot before I even took them. Then summer came and I just sort didn't care anymore. Finally fall semester began and I realized I forgot just about everything, including all the vocabularly, kanji, and conjugations for all verbs we learned. So I got a D that semester which meant I couldn't take the next and final course, and since Japanese is a specialized language there wasn't an option to take it again in the spring or summer semester so I basically went an entire year and a half without studying Japanese while I tried and finished all of my other classes to graduate.

Now it's fall semester next year again and I'm in the third course... again. And I'm completely out of my league and anticipating failure and I don't know if it's even possible to catch up. This is literally the only class standing in my way of graduating now since I've completed everything else, and language has always been my absolute worst subject.

I have to say, this has killed my entire enjoyement of anything japanese related - literally everything. I hate it all now. I wish I never took this stupid fucking class. Worse yet, my Dad, who never had to take a language class in order to graduate college, is pissed at me because I'm failing at this already. I don't know what to do. Tutors are so fucking expensive it's ridiculous. Fuck the Japanese language.

It couldn't possibly be because for all the talk he does about "I could write X" or "I could do Y" the fucking smegma guzzler never follows through with any of it. You would think that maybe, just maybe, he'd actually do something that wasn't a hare brained greentext I'd actually give him credit for something. But no, he's going to blame ALL of his problems on the thread again because just like somebody unable to see they're the core of the problem or issue, he doesn't take any blame for anything he deserves. I'd rather he just nuked his pastebin again in an attempt to get pity from us because unlike Alp, he never learns.

I'm trying to change the things right now, mostly spamming yuri between anubis and dragons (there was some drama about this pair that I don't understand exactly yet, I'm pretty new to that thread too, i'm from /monster/), some of them still hate it, but the majority ignores it. I'll try to post other combination of girls and see how they react, but /jp/ mods are cool guys too, so they will have to accept yuri whether they want it or not.
