There is also a lady on etsy who makes these kind of dolls to fully custom specification (however no skeleton, just some wire).
Oh and the Dagmar is the same as some of the ones on 1am, except they come with a choice of anime head or realistic silicone head, and the manufacturer (幸福娃娃) makes variants in 140cm, 160cm and 165cm.
The only negative thing I've heard about those is that the joints on the sketelon can wear out and break over time according to 2 people on dollforum (the joints are not as robust as on TPE/silicone dolls)
