Even if you were to go to Gensokyo, you would be a plague.
You would bring countless diseases to their world and be the cause of many deaths, even of some youkai, as Gensokyo has not already been exposed to your diseases.

Remember, fairies are immortal, along with Mokou and Kaguya. They have experienced death over and over again.
They experience the agony of death. They feel the pain of rebirth.
And they will experience it endlessly, for with endless life, comes endless death.
Truly, an immortal in Gensokyo is cursed.

Gensokyo is a land of death. Humans and youkai have major lifespan differences, and even between youkai, some may have hundreds years or less of a lifespan than their friends.
In time, they will live to see their longest friends die, and lives possibly one hundred years or more after the death of the one they cared for so much.
