During my experimentations with fapping rates, I came to an interesting conclusion: sex is in fact roleplay. If you think you are addicted to sex, you are. If you think you don't need it, you don't. If you persuade yourself that shitting dick nipples are sexy, you'll be aroused by them. etc.
What I mean is that, reading people saying they're addicted to fapping actually make you more OK with it, and tricks your brain into thinking you must be addicted to fap. It's sort of like conformism.

tl;dr: You have your free will but you unconciously believe that it is normal for you to be addicted.
