also, there's a funny detail that many missed. Keiichi's scene and the disemboweling scene can't be actually confirmed as 4th and 5th fingersnaps.
When Rika is getting ready to get hit with the bat she's only showing one finger because she was pointing at her head. The hand doesn't show how many fingers are left and is hidden by the vingette. In the disemboweling scene Rika is too weak to show how many 'fingers' are left but there IS one finger being shown for a brief moment. These two scenes might be actually out of order too and Keiichi's scene might be the fifth final fingersnap and that's why Rika tells him to eat her brains. Because she's lost it for good.
