Ok so 1 of 3 things happened:
1) Some retarded scam company sent them a DMCA and Cover set the video to private while they sort things out
2) Ayame got upset about something stupid again and demanded the video to be gone or to delete something on it
3) the episode had a Terminatior with a similar sound reference and maybe someone at Warner Bros or whoever owns the terminator right saw it and ask cover to remove the reference.
