If you've touched anything else in the Nasuverse by Chapter 5 you have this thing solidified in your head, even if you don't recognize her in Chapter 3.
I think it'd have been better to say expand on her a little, so that we as readers would feel like her inclusion was gradually eased in, instead of "BAM TOUKO!".

It's really the moments that overstay their welcome. The Aoko / Soujuurou meeting and the study sessions that really didn't have all that much relevance to the plot come off the top of my head.

I've never had this problem, as I usually give myself breaks between playing different routes.

I'd agree with the statement, those moment that the story drags aside, it definitely pulls the curtain at the exact moment it needs to. Ufotable can probably make a very good and faithful adaptation in 2 or 3 movies.
As I said, overall I'm pleased.
