Since they said that rather than "an adult in a child's body," I assume that the emphasis is on the childlike self being the constant and the adult body being the altered scenario to which the self reacts. If we separate it between the physical and the mental, the only definite change is the physical progression of age, with the mental change only changing in response.

So while the age_progression is vaguely defined as "A person rapidly becomes older", this is a visual tag. In this case, what's going on in the mind is not a factor for tagging.

With that in mind, here's the logic for those tags:
>female:age_progression
We are looking for something where a female "person" whose character is a child in self becomes an adult in body.
>-male:age_progession
We are specifically looking for a case where this progression is an exceptional element to other characters in the story. This filters out stories where a guys experience it as well, eliminating most mutually aging stories, like timeskips where the story introduces them at a young age and then skips to years later. To filter out other women you can also add the sole_female tag, but that removes a lot of potentially valid results.

Filters out most mutual female age_skips without the specificity of the sole_female tag. Also I assume that anon is looking for hetero stories.
>-mind_control
Going by >>40075841 , this is a case where the character's natural mental state is the reason for them allowing the use of their body. Mind control conflicts with that.
>-rape
Forced sex is probably not what they envision either, which is what causes most people to tag "rape" rather than technical non-consent.
>-anthology
Anthologies (like hentai magazines, doujin collaborations, actual artist anthologies, etc.) tend to act like a black hole for tags, since there the individual stories can be quite disparate and is no distinction between them. That's why you often get comments like "mind_control at page 172" and such.
While removing anthologies does potentially remove more than a few desired stories that are no where else by chance alone, almost all anthologies are RAW dumps. So unless you know enough Japanese to read the titles, artists, and actual story, you are getting a bunch of noise for relatively little in signal.

With all this being said, that search still requires weeding through 1000+ results for what I imagine is 20-200 results that anything OP would end up really enjoying, depending on how picky they are. The body_swap search is a bit better because the concept is much more plot-exact, and can involve a girl swapping bodies with an older woman.
However, being more restrictive is going to bring it down to less than 25 results and probably throw out some great stuff. Besides, e-hentai has a tag search limit of 8 regardless.

I usually exclude results from the [Western] category. I think most /jp/sies are going to miss little from those two categories, at least initially.
[Non-H] can still have good erotic content that's just not explicit.
[Artist CG], [Game CG], and [Image Set] tend to be less stories and more asset and artist one-off dumps so your mileage will vary.
[Misc] really depends on whether you want 3DCG included or not. Most of it is too low quality for me by story alone, so I exclude it.
I never worry about [Cosplay] because I never get any results from that category period.

I spell this all out because you get a LOT more out of e-hentai/exhentai, especially in comparison to the clone sites, if you learn how to use tag searching effectively. If you're looking for a specific kind of scenario, try boiling it down the most likely tagged elements and then exclude by what elements pop up in false positive results.
