And I got 3 ntr-girls so far. All of them are 4* rarity. I don't mind scenes not featuring MC but I don't like rape. And all of them are kinda like this:

I assume that in later scenes protag is going to 'heal' them.
Vanilla H-scenes are pretty bland. So far the only vanilla scene I really liked was a tutorial one with Cinderella.

Well the game isn't hard to understand. Battle system is tapping skills in right moments and maintaining the combo. Skills usually don't go beyond 'deals damage' or 'buffs an ally', but there are plenty of wikis out there so I think you can google translate what you need.
Devs pay enough attention to the game to full-voice every event story, so while writing isn't awfully great, the dialogues are pretty funny at times.
