I don't care about the streams being shoved to the end of the month. What bothers me is her not scheduling things properly at the start of the month like she promised to and not talking about it when things don't work out. I do find it disrespectful and I do think that good people don't act like that. I had to cancel some business this Tuesday because that's when the T3 stream is and I had no way of knowing that when I was making my own plans for the week. If she posted her schedule when she promised then it wouldn't have been an issue. Working on a schedule for 3 streams is not much work, don't use it as an excuse. I work in academia so I have to deal with people like that often and it pisses me off a lot so I might be overreacting. Sorry about that. I don't schizo post about Mori 24/7 here if that's the impression I created.
